How do I know if something is sold out?
If a specific size or color of an item is not listed, it’s currently out of stock or sold out.
If you’re particularly keen for a certain style, contact our customer service team at contact.hk@ktalyshop.com and CS will do their best to see if we can track it down for you.
How do I care for my products?
We love knowing that you want to take the best care of your purchases. We use good quality materials to make our products, which sometimes include delicate materials. For some products, you can find the appropriate care instructions for your product on the tag attached to its inside seam or product descriptions manual so as to get the best longevity out of your product.
Are your products the same color as they appear on the website?
We do our best to colour-match our product photography to how our items look in real life. However, colours do tend to appear differently on different monitors, and we can’t guarantee a 100% match in colour.
Could I send an item to someone else as a gift?
Yup. Simply enter the lucky gift recipient’s address as your shipping address.
