NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Place your order before 6 pm (18:00) to receive your order the very Next day (excludes Public holidays).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Yes, we ship internationally! Delivery charges and time may vary from country to country.  We keep our shipping fees to a minimum so that you get more bang for your buck! 

*      Shipping fee depends on different Courier delivery services,  such as Hong Kong Post, FedEx,

        United Parcel Service, etc.

        *Free delivery service to one location upon purchase of HK$399 or above (except Tung Chung, Discovery Bay,

        all outlying islands and other remote areas).

        *At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and

        the delivery date of your order.

          How To Track Your Order
       Our delivery partner, Hong Kong Post, keep you posted with a tracking code. You can rest assured that we'll keep

       your purchase safe until it reaches you. 

     

       Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items

       will be processed and dispatched. Please note, this can take longer during the sale.

       Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress.

       You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your Log In account.

      Returns

       If you need to return any item to us, please send it back to us within 7 days of receipt of the order

       (unless faulty).

       It's important that any items returned to us, unless faulty, are returned in a re-saleable condition. We would like

       this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's unused.
